Dear Accommodation Officer, I am writing to request a change of room for the next term. At present, I share a room with another student, but I am finding it increasingly difficult to study and rest properly because of the frequent visitors. My roommate often invites friends to our room, and they sometimes stay for long periods or have small parties. The noise makes it very hard for me to concentrate on my assignments and prepare for exams. In addition, some of my personal belongings have been borrowed without my permission, which has made me uncomfortable and concerned about my privacy. For these reasons, I would be grateful if you could arrange a different room for me next term. If possible, I would strongly prefer a single room, as it would provide a quieter environment and allow me to focus better on my studies. I would appreciate your consideration of my request and look forward to
