Yeah, I'd like to add on the too much sleep point that both Marie and Meredith made. I don't think there is a biological basis for too much sleep to be causing harm. I think that what we see in observational studies that consistently show that over 9 hours per day of sleep is associated with increased mortality, cardiovascular mortality risk is for methodological reasons. There is something there is under an under inline factor there that we don't capture this kind of studies don't capture properly. My suspicion, my guess is that it has to do with mental health oversleeping, but perhaps there is no as far as I know there is no biological mechanism to suggest that too much sleeping can be causing harm to our health, and in any case, in our society, the problem is too little sleep. So, I don't think it's worth considering too much sleep as a public health problem.

Printed "presentable", the speaker says "biological"

Explanation: The speaker says "a biological basis for", not "presentable". They start with different letters, so focus on the whole word.

Printed "consciously", the speaker says "consistently"

Explanation: Listen for "that consistently show". Both words start with c, so wait for the whole word.

Printed "indefinite", the speaker says "inline"

Explanation: You will hear "under inline factor". The printed word is much longer, so listen for the shorter spoken word.

Printed "physical", the speaker says "mental"

Explanation: On the recording the words are "mental health oversleeping", not "physical". They share the same ending, so hear the first letter to tell them apart.

Printed "state", the speaker says "case"

Explanation: Listen again to "in any case". The words begin with different letters and end differently, so listen to the full word.

Printed "perfect", the speaker says "public"

Explanation: In the audio you hear "public health problem". Both start with p, so hear the whole word and note the different ending.
