Result:
The tomato belongs to the night-shade track, and for this reason was long looked upon with suspicion. It was first used for ornamental purposes and was called "love-apple." Gradually, as the idea of its idle nature became dispelled, it grew more and more popular as a food, until now in the United States it is one of the most common frost vegetables. It contains 7 per cent of dry matter, 4 per cent of which is sucrose, dextrose, and fructose. It also adds some malic acid, and a small amount of proteins, lycopene, cellulose, and beta carotene. In the canning of tomatoes, if too much of the juice is excluded, a large part of the nutritive material is lost, as the liquids and albumins are all soluble and readily removed. If the seeds are objectionable, they may be removed by straining and the juice added to the fleshy portion. The product then has a higher nutritive value than if the juice had been discarded with the matter.

Printed "tribe", the speaker says "track"

Explanation: Listen again to "to the night-shade track". Both words start with t, so listen to the whole word.

Printed "deadly", the speaker says "idle"

Explanation: In the audio you hear "idea of its idle nature". The printed and spoken words start with different letters, so trust your ears.

Printed "farm", the speaker says "frost"

Explanation: Here the speaker says "one of the most common frost vegetables". The first letter is the same, so wait for the whole word.

Printed "includes", the speaker says "adds"

Explanation: The speaker says "It also adds some malic acid" not "includes". The printed word is much longer, so listen for a short word.

Printed "salts", the speaker says "liquids"

Explanation: Listen for "as the liquids and albumins are all". The printed and spoken words begin with different letters, so follow the sound.

Printed "fruits", the speaker says "matter"

Explanation: You will hear "had been discarded with the matter". The two words start with different letters, so listen to the full word.

"ornamental" matches the audio

Explanation: "first used for ornamental purposes" has a formal word that may seem odd. The speaker says ornamental exactly as printed, so do not click it.

"albumins" matches the audio

Explanation: "salts and albumins are all soluble" contains a rare word that may seem wrong. The speaker says albumins exactly as printed, so do not click it.
